Unit4 Expenses serves as an efficient tool for managing business expenses and mileage. Users can easily document expenses by capturing images of receipts, which are then processed through the Unit4 Receipt Recognition Service (URRS) for automatic entry into expense reports. The application ensures that all logged expenses and mileage are synchronized with the Unit4 back-end seamlessly.

The application allows users to capture expenses directly on their iPhones and upload them to compatible systems, namely:

• Supported releases of Unit4 ERP
• Unit4 Travel & Expenses version 7.10.100 or later for automatic expense creation via the URRS

Features include:

• GPS tracking for mileage
• Manual route entry
• Receipt image uploads
• Automatic expense record creation from captured receipts through URRS
• Asynchronous synchronization of expenses with the back-end
